Hi love! I’m Taylor.
I am simply someone who believes that we all desperately want to get free from everything in the way of us fully engaging presently with life.
I think we have what we need to do that and just need to be reminded from time to time. So I remind people for a living through psychotherapy, mindfulness teachings, and guided meditation.
I have developed, presented, and facilitated mental health programming for large corporations like Unilever and NBC Universal. I have also contributed time, consultation, and class offerings to grassroots organizations that center the needs of BIPOC communities like Grounded, Sad Girls Club, and Ethel’s Club.
I am deeply passionate about skillfully using my heart and mind to bridge the gap between what we’re capable of and what is in the way of our actualization.
I also love sleeping, french fries, being an auntie, Pittsburgh sports, reading, yoga, swimming in the sea, Star Wars, coloring, building legos, marveling at the snow, and laughing with my mouth wide open.
Just like you, I’m made up of a lot of parts – some cohesive and some contradictory – and learning to interexist with them all is the work of a lifetime. That is the work of peace. Peace takes practice. Maybe we can practice together.
